Studio Keyart won the two phases of the architectural competition for the building renovation of historical public buildings. The winning project was fully realized, and the realization won prizes.
Renovation of a building complex consisting of 3 contiguous functional lots: residences for the elderly who are not completely self-sufficient with the need for assistance 24 hours a day; a Health District with the provision of health services and assistance to residences for the elderly, and a Cultural Center for social aggregation.
The winning project of an architecture competition, Studio Keyart was commissioned to restore, upgrade and convert three historic buildings within this wider development.
